Having been involved in many facets of real estate, including selling over $250 Million thus far in real estate, Evan brings his knowledge and experience to The Compean Group, a boutique team he founded to expand on his deeply ingrained principles for high level service, marketing, and tactful negotiating with insight, all based on experience and data. Evan is also a licensed loan officer and partner at Smart Title, a 5 star rated Houston title company. Evan began his career in 2002 on the investment side, and then transitioned into working directly with the consumer in 2012, enabling him to utilize his insight to better assist clients directly. Evan's current knowledge and experience first developed from working as an acquisition specialist of distressed properties for a group of investors.
